FAQ

How do I know what size to order?

Our products come from a number of different suppliers. In each of our items we have tried to describe the sizing as best to Australian sizes. In some cases you will note there is a suggestion that this is a smaller or larger than usual make. If you are still unsure please make contact and we can measure the garment for you.

What if I order the wrong size?

Please see our returns policy below and we will be more than happy to help you out.

I can't find what I'm looking for?

At Rodeo and Ride we have tried hard to stock a range of products. If you can't find what you are looking for please let us know what it is you are looking for and we will try to help you out.

RETURNS

How do I return an item?

 

Rodeo and Ride want to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. You are welcome to return goods if you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size! You have 30 days from the date of purchase to do this. 

All approved returns will be issued with a store credit for the value of the goods, valid for 12 months from the original purchase price - Its' easy. 

Returns Process -

  1. Download and print off a returns form here

  2. Fill out the form, ensuring all details are completed and put this with your return package

  3. Upon receiving your parcel we will process your return

  4. You will be issued with a store credit. This code will be emailed to you

  5. Happy Shopping!

 

What is your returns policy? 

  • Goods need to be in AS NEW condition - unworn, undamaged with all tags attached

  • All postage costs need to be covered by yourself - tracked postage is recommended as we can not be responsible for goods lost in transit

  • Products will require a copy of the purchase invoice.

 

How do I track my order?

 

All orders will be sent out using Australia Post Parcel Post Satchels or the safest option for your goods .

You will be sent a tracking number via email. You can use the link below to track you order.

Express Post service will not be offered as we are a regional based business and do not receive this service.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Rodeo and Ride will be happy to ship International orders using Australia Post. We will provide you with a quote prior to postage.
